- Potter v Canada Square Operations Ltd — High Court (March 2020), Court of Appeal
  (January 2021), Supreme Court (June 2022). Established the limitation period for
  consumers where a fact relevant to the claim was deliberately concealed, such as an
  undisclosed commission.
- Owen v Black Horse Ltd — Court of Appeal (January 2023). Corrected the definition of
  "claimant" to extend to a legal representative.
- Johnson v FirstRand Bank — Court of Appeal (July 2024), Supreme Court (August 2025).
  Undisclosed motor finance commission held to create an unfair relationship; consumer
  entitled to the commission plus interest.
